1. The Planning phase involves a comprehensive Production Audit, which gives a 360 degree view of your production, workflow and technology needs.
We work with you to develop a tailored Solution Specification.

2. The Implementation phase involves planning any purchasing; installing and integrating the required technology and redesigning your workflows.
The system is then tested thoroughly before Go Live! and being handed over to you.

3. The Support phase starts with Coaching and Training detailed in your knowledge transfer plan.
For the longer term, we provide ongoing Support packages to meet your needs and budget.
We also provide a Workflow Evolution service to continuously improve your workflows as technology evolves.
