Indalo SoS is our flexible service for emergency support cover on a pay-as-you-go basis. This is limited,

one-off support for single incidents

as they arise with the following features:

  • Remote help via phone and e-mail. Response rate: 4 business hours.

  • Emergency on-site support 9-6 Monday to Friday

    (excluding bank holidays). Response rate: 8 business hours.
  • Charge is by the hour.
