Indalo On-site ensures a comprehensive level of support, combining remote support package with inclusive visits to the client site when necessary:

  • Proactive Support Partners systems health check identifies issues before they arise.

  • Screen share so that we can resolve issues together.

  • Telephone support.

  • Online ticketing system to log and resolve issues by email.
  • Response rate for remote services: 4 business hours.
  • On-site 9 – 6 Monday to Saturday. Response rate: 6 business hours.

  • On-site 6pm – 9 am Monday to Saturday. Response rate: 6 hours.
