    for proactive and responsive remote support using advanced online technology, ScreenShare, telephone and online ticketing to diagnose, track and resolve issues.
  • Indalo On-site

    for visits to the client’s site when necessary, as well as the benefits of Indalo Online.
  • Indalo Customised

    which is tailored to a specific client’s support requirements, combining remote, on-site and other specific support services.
  • Indalo SoS

    for emergency support cover on a pay-as-you-go basis.
