Objective

UK production outfit, the Edge Picture Company, is one of the most awarded corporate agencies in the world, this year being awarded Production Company of the Year Worldwide for the second year running. Support Partners was engaged in 2005 to provide an in-house editing and web-delivery solution to manage content for tape-based production and deliver efficiencies within the business.

Solution

Support Partners integrated a shared storage environment (MetaSAN). Following the initial build we have continued to provide support for both technical and application issues, as well as remote assistance via tools like ARD.
