The Support Partners’ end-to-end process for delivering digital production solutions is divided into 3 phases, as shown in this diagram:

1. The planning phase involves a comprehensive Production Audit to give you a 360 degree view of your production, workflow and technology needs. We then supply you with a tailored Solution Specification.
2. The Implementation phase may involve planning the purchase, installing and integrating the required technology and redesigning your workflows. The system is then tested thoroughly before Go Live! and being handed over to you.
   
3. The support phase starts with Coaching and Training detailed in your knowledge transfer plan. Where possible, this will be based on your business’s current productions.

For the longer term, we provide a range of Support packages to meet your needs and budget.

We also provide a Workflow Evolution service because workflows can be improved over time and digital production technology continues to evolve.
