  • Review of the current level of staff knowledge and technical competencies.
  • Help define new and existing staff roles using a skills matrix.
  • Deliver a media production Bible, if required.
  • Provide Training Movies possibly delivered over the web to answer common questions and guide users through technical challenges, often encountered in editing.
  • Supply training tools for assessing technical competence, with training on resolving common faults.
  • Establish a benchmark of skills.
