Support Partners’ approach to training is unique in that

we teach work-flows - from A to Z

, and within a given technical environment - rather than limiting a client to one isolated piece of software at a time, as most institutions do.

Our instructors are all-round, broadcast professionals, skilled and experienced in many areas, and thus able to instruct in the use of multiple programs and technologies if necessary.

With Support Partners you learn practical work-flows directed towards your specific goal. So whether your needs be a broadcast-ready finish, or a web-based deployment, you can be sure you will be taught the most relevant package of skills to get your job over the line.

Coaching can take various forms – from a comprehensive knowledge transfer programme (Case study) or to individual modules. Modules can be delivered as Show and Tell demonstrations delivered by members of the Support team, typically as

mini-seminars, part demonstration and part discussion forum.

At the end of each session, the speaker will compile a small set of notes that can be compiled into a further document for delivery or made into a Quicktime movie for internal use.
