Animals With Cameras starts on Thursday at 8pm on BBC1.

This Guardian article focuses on it as the BBC’s first major natural history series written and directed entirely by women – Anne Sommerfield, Hannah Ward and Clare Dornan.

It was edited at BBC Bristol in the edit suites we support.

It is what it says: animals with cameras – meerkats, chimps, penguins, and a cheetah’s-eye view of a hunt – using 66 cameras made by Chris Watts from British Technical Films, and shot & presented by Gordon Buchanan.
